This emotional self-control is vital in navigating mindset changes and leading with poise and clarity.

Leaders can actualise emotional intelligence by engaging in regular self-reflection, seeking feedback from trusted colleagues, and committing to ongoing learning and development. By embedding emotional intelligence training and coaching into leadership development programmes, organisations can nurture a culture that values and supports the growth of emotional intelligence at all levels.
