Unitive Manifesto & Core Values

This manifesto is our credo—a call-to-action internally, for other organisations and change leaders —to act authentically, with compassion, courage and purpose.

The Unitive Group exists to create spaces and experiences where organisations and people can engage in holistic and meaningful growth and change. We aim to be a catalyst and facilitator of change. We see the opportunity NOW to collaborate for fresh and organic shifts in structures, systems, mindsets, cultures and consciousness, whether organisational, collective or personal.

We envision a global economy where business creates value for all stakeholders and can be used as a force for good. That business shares a deep interdependence with the communities and environments in which they operate. To enable sustainable growth and change the triple bottom line of profits, people and the planet can be achieved without damaging one or the other.

We always aim to be purpose-driven and create benefit for all stakeholders, not just shareholders.
